2. Use of the Service

ReplyCalm provides AI-powered email rewriting tools. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.

• Free accounts receive up to 100 AI uses per calendar day.
• Pro accounts receive unlimited AI uses.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the Service, you grant ReplyCalm a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your email content with third parties.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time; your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output is accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always review AI-generated emails before sending.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyCalm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
