1. Information We Collect

When you use ReplyCalm, we collect the following information:

  • Account information: Your email address when you sign up.
  • Usage data: Number of AI requests made per day to enforce free-tier limits.
  • Email content (Pro only): Your last 30 days of translated emails, stored so you can review them in your dashboard.
  • Payment information: Processed and stored securely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the ReplyCalm Service.
  • To enforce usage limits and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g., password reset, billing receipts).
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Free users: email content submitted for AI processing is not stored. Only a daily usage counter is kept.

Pro users: your translation history is stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted.

Account data is retained until you request deletion or close your account.

4. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication session management (Supabase auth tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
  • Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing.
  • AI provider: Text is sent to our AI provider to generate responses. It is not used to train models.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR including the right to erasure and data portability.
